Marion, IA  Routed around existing oak savannas and wetlands, Hunters Ridge is the centerpiece of an upscale residential community. Golf Creations worked closely with the local developers to provide seemless transitions between the natural features, golf course, and housing property. GC’s attention to detail, quality of workmanship, and efficient management created an atmosphere of anxious anticipation in the local community ahead of the course opening. This feeling spilled over to the housing in the form of increased buyer traffic and lot sales.
