Dubuque, Iowa  The Meadows Golf Course began as a vision for a young group of Dubuque area entrepreneurs, eager to bring a quality, upscale public golf course to the city’s growing suburbs. From the beginning, they realized the key to their success would be a quick turnaround from planning to opening. This time-sensitive approach led them to the construction management services of Golf Creations, who ramped up personnel to complete construction six months ahead of schedule. Since opening, the local golfing establishment has praised the new course as being just what they ordered, a quality golf course with lots of strategy at an affordable price.
